  • Employees – organizational structure, track employees, set up user profiles, knowledge administration, monitor the professional development and education progression of employees (Skill Matrix), plan time off
  • Business contacts – a centralized address book of business partners
  • Technology – a component-based solution based on J2EE platform, independent of the operational system and the database system. The whole functionality is web accessible
